PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE RealNex APPLICATION AND THE RealNex WEBSITE OR BOTH (“RealNex SERVICES”) CAREFULLY.

At RealNex LLC (“RealNex,” “we” and “us”), your right to privacy is a primary concern. This privacy policy explains how the information you provide to RealNex during your use of all of the sites currently owned or operated by RealNex or any other website that we may own or operate in the future (including, but not limited to http://teneight.net (the “Site”) as well the RealNex Application (“Application”) is handled by us.

Information Collected About You

There are several areas within the RealNex Services that we request information from you.  We ask for this information so that we can provide the RealNex Services, to fulfill your requests, for our internal business purposes, or to follow up with you after your visit to the RealNex Services. 

We will collect your name and email address to grant you access to the limited access portions of use the RealNex Services.

Credit/Debit Card Information

We use a third-party provider to process card information. When you submit your card information, including your card number, type of card, and billing address, it will be processed by our third party provider, not us. We do not have access to, retain, or store your card information. Your card information will be stored on by our third party providers and your card will be charged monthly until you unsubscribe. 

If you do not have a subscription for the RealNex Services, we will only collect your name, and email address, if you provide it to us.

Cookies

You may have access to restricted or password-protected areas of the Site.  If you do, we may use cookies. "Cookies" are small text files that are either used for the duration of a session ('session cookies'), or saved on a user's hard drive in order to identify that user the next time he/she logs on to the website ('persistent cookies'). We may use 'session cookies' to identify users logging in to the restricted areas of the Site. These cookies are deleted from the component's server soon after the session ends and are not collected or saved. We may also use 'persistent cookies' when you click on the "save password" check box on login. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that, although if you do disable cookies from your browser you may not be able to access certain sections of the Site.

Your Right to Choose

Any information that we collect from you through the RealNex Services is information that you specifically and voluntarily provide. You may choose not to provide any or all of the information that is requested through the RealNex Services. By so choosing, however, you may limit your ability to receive some or all of the services generally offered to users of the RealNex Services.  In the event that you no longer want us to process or utilize your information, please contact us using the “Contact Us” form on the Site and inform us of this choice.

Access to Your Information

Subscribers of the RealNex Services may amend or delete their information by visiting the “My Account” menu located on the Site. Other users may contact us using the “Contact Us” section of the Site.

Sharing Your Information

Except as explained herein, the personal information that you provide to us through the Ten Eight Services will not be sold, shared, or rented to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.  We may share your information with a third party acting as our agent to provide and process the services that you request.  We may also share aggregated or de-identified customer information and related RealNex Services, with our business partners and other vendors, but such aggregated information will not contain any personally identifying information of any users of the RealNex Services.

We may disclose or access your account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or as needed to enforce the terms of the Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy.

The Security of Your Information

We strive to protect the privacy of the information that you share with us.  We have undertaken reasonable efforts to implement security measures designed to protect all data we collect against unauthorized access.  We utilize the industry standard security measures available through your browser, so that it is unlikely that your information can be read as it travels over the Internet.  Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, although we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of the information that you submit to us via the RealNex Services and you do so at your own risk.

The Integrity of Your Information

RealNex uses the information that you provide to us only for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.  We take reasonable steps to ensure that information that we receive from you is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current, including providing mechanisms by which you can amend or update your information.

Transfer of Business Assets

As part of our business strategy, we might acquire, buy or merge with other businesses or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that RealNex or substantially all of its assets are acquired, both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information will be one of the transferred assets.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

By using the Ten Eight Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  If we update or modify this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you will always have the ability to know what information we collect, how we use the information, and under what circumstances we deliver the information.  Your continued use of the RealNex Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Additional Terms

You acknowledge and agree that the Apple, Inc. “Privacy Policy” or any other agreement/terms provided by Apple, Inc. do not apply to issues of privacy related to the RealNex Services.

Jurisdiction

You acknowledge and agree that regardless of your physical location or the location of any server on which your information may be accessed or used that this Privacy Policy and the laws of the United States of America shall govern and control the privacy issues related to the RealNex Services.
